Shipping & Terms Of Sale

Shipping is FREE if your order is over $45.00!  This offer excludes piñatas and airblown inflatables.  These items ship separately and cannot be combined.  If your order amount is under $45.00, please refer to the shipping cost quoted.  If you are ordering multiple items, we are happy to combine shipping.  Please request an invoice from us before you send payment.  Mailing with the USPS can take between 2-9 business days.  However, we ship as soon as your payment clears, and our customers usually receive their purchases fast!  Please refer to our feedback to check out other customers experiences with our shipping.  Shipments to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other US territory outside of the US will require shipping charges.   Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays. For example…If your order is placed after 10:00 AM (PST) Friday, the first available ship day is Monday.

If you need your items sooner than the times quoted above for free shipping, we can ship Priority Mail or Express Mail.  These are premium services and the shipping charges are applied to your order.  Shipping charges are based upon the size and weight of the package as well as the distance.  Please email us with the item numbers and the date you would like to receive the items and we will quote you the cost of shipping Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Terms of Sale/Returns

We will accept returns on unopened, unused, undamaged items within 7 days of receipt of items.  We will refund the purchase price of the item. We will NOT refund any shipping fees.  If customer received free shipping on initial order, shipping charges will be deducted from refund.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
