• Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground.
• UPS DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Box and APO addresses.
• Shipping to a P.O. Box, APO, Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii address will be made through USPS.
• Canadian shipments are made via USPS Air Parcel Post.  We ship USPS every Friday.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping fee for one bridal gown via UPS is $25.00.
• Shipping fee for one bridal gown via USPS is $30.00
• Shipping fee for one crinoline is $15.00.
• Shipping fee for one headpiece and/or veil is $12.00.

Our shipping fees include insurance.

Shipping Discounts

We love repeat customers and offer a great combine shipping discount. If you are purchasing more than one bridal gown, we offer a 50% discount on shipping. This offer applies to every gown after the first.

The discount rate for each gown purchased after the first are:

• $12.50 for UPS Ground.
• $15.00 for USPS and Canadian shipping.
• If you are purchasing a crinoline or headpiece and veil in additional to a bridal gown, you will also receive 50% off the shipping fee of the crinoline and/or headpiece and veil.
• There is no limit on our 50% off discount.  The items just need to be shipped at the same time.

Additional/Alternative Shipping Methods

We are happy to accommodate you if you should need a faster shipping method. Alternative shipping fees vary. In addition to Ground shipping, UPS also offers the following services:

• Overnight Air early AM delivery (available in restricted areas)

• Overnight Air Saver

When will your order be shipped?

We ship via UPS every Monday and Thursday and USPS on Fridays.  Your gown will be shipped approximately 48 hours after your order has been confirmed.

How will your order be shipped?

We normally use UPS Ground for shipping within the U.S. USPS is reserved for P.O. Box, APO, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada shipping. Please refer to our shipping information page for further details.

How will my gown be shipped?

Your gown will be placed in a complimentary zippered bridal garment bag (value $15).  The gown and bag will be shipped in a corrugated box.

Do we ship Overseas?

Please accept our apology, due to the increase in overseas freight and USPS’ inability to track packages; we can only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Do we ship to Canada?

• Yes, we gladly ship to Canada. To avoid costly brokerage fees, we use USPS Air Parcel Post. The transit time is approximately 7-14 business days.
• If you need your gown sooner, please contact us for a quote for shipping via USPS Global Express.
• USPS does not offer tracking information for Air Parcel Post packages to Canada.
• If you prefer, we can also ship your gown via UPS.  UPS offers a ground service to Canada (with tracking); transit time is approximately 5-7 working days (the actual transit time may vary depending on your postal code).
• UPS Canada charges a brokerage fee for international packages.  The buyer is responsible for this fee.  Fees vary; please contact UPS Canada for more information at 800-263-8125.
• If your package is shipped by UPS, we will send you a tracking number within 24 hours of your package being shipped.
• Please accept our apology, but we cannot falsify the invoice for customs.
